Cubiq Recruitment are working in partnership with a young and exciting company in Oxford who are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join their small and growing team. 

The company in question are pioneering the development of life saving medical devices for patients with serious health conditions. A spin-out from Oxford University, this company has successfully introduced their initial product to the market and is ambitious to launch its next product by the end of 2025. 

In your role as an Electronics Design Engineer, you'll work within the NPD and Innovation team, developing end-to-end hardware solutions in accordance with ISO 13485 and 14971 guidelines. You'll be working within a small team and will be expected to be comfortable making key design decisions with autonomy. 

In addition to a formal qualification in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Physics, or a similar discipline, you will be able to demonstrate: 
- Experience in the design of complex PCB layout and circuit diagrams (pref with Altium)
- Familiarity with schematic capture
- Prior experience working on medical devices to ISO13485 regulations would be beneficial, but not essential
- Competency in writing clear technical reports
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, start-up environment
