Office based in Chelmsford

My customer is looking for someone to join their growing company to work with IT and the People/HR teams to assist in developing the Compliance function.
 
The perfect candidate will be someone who is a brilliant culture fit first - someone who is friendly and adaptable and has a real interest in learning and working collaboratively with their colleagues.
 
In terms of the specifics of the role, I don't need someone who is a Compliance specialist. My client will happily spend the time investing in you and teaching you everything you need to know to help you develop. That's why your personality and aptitude are so important in this position!
 
We are looking to move quickly on this position - we are expecting a two-stage interview; an initial video call followed by an in-person interview in their office in Chelmsford.
